Steen Associates Limited is authorised and regulated in the UK by the Financial Conduct Authority ("FCA") and is a MiFID authorised firm.

Under the Markets in Financial Instruments Directive (MiFID), regulation for investment services across the 30 member states of the European Economic Area has been harmonised, with home states providing regulatory 'passports' within the EEA. As a MIFID-authorised firm, Steen can undertake internal or cross-border transactions across the EEA under the regulatory umbrella of the FSA.
