Avingtrans sale of Sigma transaction closed today

Sigma Precision Components's acquisition by Silverfleet Capital for a cash consideration of £65 million closed today.

Steen Associates acted as exclusive financial adviser to the board of Avingtrans plc, the parent company of Sigma.
