Interturbine on its sale to B/E Aerospace

Steen Associates acted as the sole financial adviser to Interturbine, a European market leader in logistics and material management services on its sale to B/E Aerospace , a Nasdaq-listed aerospace supplier based in Wellington, Florida, U.S.A., for €200 million in cash. Interturbine is a "One Stop Source" for Airlines and global maintenance, repair and overhaul ( "MRO") providers. Over 60% of Interturbine's business is generated on an urgent Aircraft-on-Ground ("AOG") basis, requiring response within 4 to 24 hours. The transaction brings together two global distributors of consumables and strengthens both companies' positions in their respective markets.
