Vignal Systems on its sale to Eurazeo PME

Steen Associates based in Frankfurt and London advised the shareholders of Vignal Systems on the sale to Eurazeo PME which was announced earlier in the year and was completed in February 2014. Vignal designs, manufactures and distributes signalling products, particularly for trucks and other vehicles and is based in Vénissieux and Corbas, in France. The company employs 230 people.
