Satair A/S on the sale of its OEM Activities to B/E Aerospace

Steen advised the board of Satair A/S on the sale of its OEM activities, which distribute commercial aircraft parts to aerospace OEMs. The OEM division is based in the UK, China, France, and the US and represents one of the last remaining independent distributors of scale operating in these markets.
